How to make loofah and shrimp stew

1. Wash and peel the loofah, add a little shrimp and garlic.

2. Cut the processed loofah into even length segments and use a spoon to dig a hole (it is best to cut it shorter, otherwise it will not stand up after steaming)

3. Chop the garlic into minced garlic and peel the shrimp, leaving only the tail.

4. Cut a hole in the back of the shrimp and pass the shrimp tail through the middle. Add a little water and appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce to the minced garlic and mix well.

5. Finally, steam the juice and loofah cup separately for 6 minutes. Pour the juice on it when eating.
