How to wash gluten

I believe that many young people are obsessed with various delicious snacks. Many people who travel first stop to find local food. Love of food is something we all have in common. There are also many people who want to try to make gluten by themselves. Gluten can be washed at home by yourself, and the method is relatively simple.

How to wash gluten↓

Mix the dough in the ratio of 1 cup of flour to 1/3 cup of water. After the flour is formed into a dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for more than 3 hours. Take some time to knead the dough. You will find that the dough becomes smoother and smoother.

Then rinse the dough under the tap, but be careful to keep the dough in your hands and knead it continuously.

The washed gluten is slightly gray and has many small holes. Leave it for some time and the gluten will become smooth and tight. If it is left for a long time, such as a few days, you can add clean water to preserve it and it will not go bad.

Put the gluten slices into a medium-high temperature oil pan. The gluten will swell up as soon as it enters the oil pan. When it turns yellow, take it out and filter out the oil immediately. Or you can stir-fry it directly in the pan without frying.

Methods/Steps

Accessories: 400g vegetable oil, 30g salt, 50g coarse chili powder, 50g white sesame, 30g sugar, 50g pepper powder, 30g pepper powder, 20g ginger, 20g chicken essence, 20g green onion, 30g cumin powder, red oil, 20g thirteen spices, 50g garlic

Chop ginger, green onion and garlic

Heat the vegetable oil to high heat and then cool it to 40% hot. Add chili powder, bean paste, sugar, pepper powder, pepper powder, thirteen spices, minced ginger, garlic, green onions, and white sesame seeds to the pot.

Add water, simmer over low heat, stir constantly with a spatula, simmer for about 10 minutes until the water becomes less.

Add salt and chicken powder

Mix well and turn off the heat.

Skewer the gluten

Brush with the prepared sauce

Turn on the grill, start grilling over low heat, put the grill on, and place the gluten skewers on the grill.

Bake until fragrant, about 2 minutes, brush with baking sauce again, and then brush with red oil

After roasting, sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder and serve
