Ingredients

20 skewers of gluten

400g vegetable oil

30g salt

20g green onion

10g ginger

Accessories: 400g vegetable oil, 30g salt, 50g coarse chili powder, 50g white sesame, 30g sugar, 50g pepper powder, 30g pepper powder, 20g ginger, 20g chicken essence, 20g green onion, 30g cumin powder, red oil, 20g thirteen spices, 50g garlic

Chop ginger, green onion and garlic

Heat the vegetable oil to high heat and then cool it to 40% hot. Add chili powder, bean paste, sugar, pepper powder, pepper powder, thirteen spices, minced ginger, garlic, green onions, and white sesame seeds to the pot.

Add water, simmer over low heat, stir constantly with a spatula, simmer for about 10 minutes until the water becomes less.

Add salt and chicken powder

Mix well and turn off the heat.

Skewer the gluten

Brush with the prepared sauce

Turn on the grill, start grilling over low heat, put the grill on, and place the gluten skewers on the grill.

Bake until fragrant, about 2 minutes, brush with baking sauce again, and then brush with red oil

After roasting, sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder and serve
