How to make Korean bibimbap

1. A microwave-safe glass bowl

4. Use a toothpick to poke the egg yolk a few times to prevent it from exploding in the microwave.

5. Microwave on high for one minute

9. Microwave on high for three minutes without covering with plastic wrap. It tastes better when it is slightly dry.

10. Put the leftover rice in a glass bowl and flatten it. Shred carrots and place in a bowl. There is also the slightly delicious bracken and pork shreds, and Korean hot sauce. There are also shredded cucumbers in the bowl next to it, just sprinkle them on when you eat.

11. Put the bibimbap in the microwave on high heat for one minute. If you don’t want the rice to dry out, cover the surface with plastic wrap or directly use the lid of the glass bowl. Xiao Pang likes to eat dry rice, so I don't cover anything on the surface

12. After one minute, serve in a large bowl and sprinkle with cucumber shreds.
