Method 1

Ingredients: chicken, snails, spring bamboo shoots, celery, lettuce, carrots

1. After buying the snails, keep them in water for two days to allow them to spit out all the mud and sand (adding two drops of oil to the water will make them spit out faster). Brush them clean before cooking and cut off the tails with pliers.

2. Boil the spring bamboo shoots in light salt water to remove the astringency.

3. First, stir-fry the onion, ginger, chili, and garlic. Then put the chicken pieces into the oil pan and stir-fry. Then add the snails and stir-fry together (it is best to stir-fry them separately). Add cooking wine, soy sauce, star anise, five-spice powder, chili powder, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and a small bowl of water and bring to a boil over high heat. In order to make them taste better, you can move them to a pressure cooker and press them for 10 minutes.

4. Add in the vegetables, stir well and cook for about 7 minutes. When the soup is slightly reduced, put it into the porcelain pot.

Ingredients: snails, Guangxi native chicken, Astragalus, wolfberry, Codonopsis pilosula

1. First clean the snails, brush them clean, and cut off the tails.

2. Chop the chicken into pieces, throw the chicken, snails and other ingredients into a pot of boiling water (you can use an induction cooker), and cook for 40 minutes. With salt.

3. Turn off the engine. A pot of fragrant snail and chicken stew is ready.
