Stir-fried lamb tripe with green peppers is delicious and nutritious. It can nourish the kidneys and strengthen the body. 1. Production method

Ingredients: 1 fresh lamb tripe, 3 green peppers, dried red peppers, and a few shallots.

Seasonings: ginger, garlic, pepper, salt, five-spice powder, light soy sauce, and chicken essence.

Wash and slice the green peppers and shallots; cut the ginger, garlic, red pepper, etc. and set aside; when buying pork tripe, ask the seller to help you cut open the white membrane inside, make oblique cuts on the surface of the tripe, and then cut into pieces; scrub the tripe with salt several times, and then soak it in clean water.

2. Pour peanut oil or lard into the pot, and when it is 70% hot, add peppercorns, dried red peppers, ginger, and shallots and stir-fry until fragrant. Add lamb tripe and stir-fry for several times, then add green peppers, garlic, light soy sauce, and then add broth.

3. When the soup is still wet, add seasoning and serve.
