Specific steps

1. Pour into a colander and drain the oil. While the pan is still hot, add 50 grams of vegetable oil, chopped green onion, and rice ginger and stir-fry. Add diced chicken, diced bamboo shoots, diced green pepper, and seasonings in a small bowl. Stir a few times, remove from the pan and serve in a bowl.
