200 grams of cod (after deboning), two tomatoes, a teaspoon of cooking wine, a teaspoon of white vinegar, 10 grams of cornstarch, 20 grams of butter, a teaspoon of salt, and 30 grams of tomato sauce.

1. Cut off the skin around a piece of cod;

2. Remove bones and cut into small square pieces;

3. Place in a bowl, add cooking wine, white vinegar, cornstarch and mix well;

4. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small dices;

5. Use a food processor to make fruit soup;

6. Heat the butter over medium heat until melted;

7. Pour in the tomato puree, add a small spoonful of salt and stir well;

8. Add tomato sauce and stir well;

9. When the soup boils and becomes thick, turn to high heat and add the fish;

10. Stir quickly until the fish is cooked, then turn off the heat. You can add a small amount of chicken essence and pepper powder to season it when removing the pot from the heat, or you may not add any.
