Carrot noodles

Spinach and Whitebait Noodles

Prepare ingredients: a small bowl of noodles, a handful of spinach, an egg, and some whitebait

Production steps:

1. Cut the noodles and spinach into small pieces (about 2 to 3 cm in length).

2. Boil the noodles, spinach and whitebait together over medium heat.

3. Beat the eggs, add to the boiling pot, and cook for another 5 minutes until the noodles are soft.

Final stage: 1-year-old babies can eat

Tomato and egg noodles (suitable for babies over 1 year old)

Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 tomato (smaller), 50 grams of children's dragon beard noodles, a little salt

practice:

1. Beat the eggs, peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces about 1 cm square.

2. After heating the pan, add oil and fry the eggs until they are 50% cooked. Then put the tomatoes into the pan and stir-fry together. When the tomatoes are cooked and soft, add salt and pour in boiling water until the eggs and tomatoes are submerged in the water, with a little more water is better.

3. Add the dragon beard noodles after the water boils and eat after the noodles are cooked through.
