How to make pork trotters with shacha sauce

1.1 Take a bowl and add two spoons of shacha sauce.

2.2 Wash half a fresh pig's trotter, especially the skin and the hair on it.

4.21 Boil water in a pot and blanch the pig's trotters to remove the blood.

5. Heat oil in a pan (only add a small amount of oil, the pig's trotters will release oil later), add the pig's trotters and stir-fry until the oil releases.

6. After the pig's trotters have released oil, add the stirred shacha sauce and water, slightly covering the pig's trotters, cover and bring to a boil.

7. Transfer to the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, add a small piece of scallion, and beat until the pig's trotters are pressed. (If you don’t want it to be too soft, press it for a shorter time, or cook it directly in the wok)

8. After pressing, wait until the air is released, take it out and pour it back into the wok, and cook over high heat until the sauce is reduced.

9. Prepare appropriate amount of chopped green onions.

10. Turn off the heat when the sauce is almost dry.

11. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
