How to make delicious fried squid with onions

Squid is a seafood with a strong fishy smell, so onions can be used to suppress the fishy smell of squid. The taste of fried squid with onions is excellent. You can add onions according to your preference when making fried squid with onions. Eating more onions is also good for the human body and can lower cholesterol.

1. Method

Slice the washed onion, young ginger and squid tentacles into sections for later use. When the water in the pot boils, add the squid and pour in cooking wine to blanch for one minute to remove the fishy smell. Heat the pan and add oil. When the oil is fully cooked, turn off the heat, add the bean paste, dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant. Turn on the heat and add the squid and stir-fry. Stir-fry the squid for two minutes and then add onion slices and ginger slices. Continue to stir-fry until the onion softens, 2-3 minutes before serving.

Clean the squid, slice the onion, carrot, green pepper, ginger and garlic! Boil water in a pot, add a few slices of ginger and a little cooking wine, blanch the squid, and roll it up. Drain the water and set aside! Add oil to the pot and fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then pour in the squid and stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add an appropriate amount of fermented black bean sauce and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add onion, carrot and green pepper and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add appropriate amount of sugar and soy sauce, sprinkle some chopped green onions and serve.

3. Nutritional Value

Squid is rich in protein, essential amino acids for the human body, and a large amount of taurine. Squid also contains a small amount of fat and carbohydrates, and a large amount of cholesterol. The content of trace elements and calcium, phosphorus, selenium, potassium and sodium in squid are all high. Eating squid is a good choice. The fat of squid contains a large amount of highly unsaturated fatty acids such as EPA and DHA.
