How to make green papaya and snow fungus syrup

Although we can eat some delicious food when eating out, we should know that these things may not be so delicious in themselves, but because they are added with excessive seasonings. The method of making green papaya and snow fungus syrup is simple. If you don’t want to eat too much seasoning, you might as well learn to make it at home.

1. Cut off the stems of the snow fungus, soak it in water thoroughly, and then wash it.

2. Drain the soaked snow fungus and tear it into small pieces.

3. Put the snow fungus and ginger slices into the pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 60 minutes.

4. This is the green papaya I chose, it is about 70% ripe.

5. Cut the papaya, remove the seeds and peel it, then cut it into pieces.

6. After the snow fungus is boiled again, add the green papaya and boil for another 20 minutes.

7. Wash the red dates and wolfberries together and remove the pits from the red dates. After the snow fungus has been simmering for 60 minutes, add it in and simmer together.

8. Skim off the foam and there will be no fruity taste.

9. Add rock sugar and cook for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

10. Serve in a bowl. Any leftovers can be placed in the refrigerator.
