Put the pig's stomach in a basin, add two spoons of salt, and rub it with water. 2. After scrubbing for a while, add flour into the basin and continue scrubbing. 3. Rinse clean, cut off excess fat, cut open the pig's stomach, add ginger slices, scallions and cooking wine and soak it. 4. The soaking time can be from ten minutes to thirty minutes. 5.
