Adding dark soy sauce will make the color better. 3. After adding water, stir-fry the rabbit with bones for about 90-100 seconds. If it is not a bone-in rabbit (just rabbit meat), it needs to be stir-fried for about 60 seconds. The emphasis on time here is mainly for the tenderness of the meat. Therefore, in the actual process, you need to consider collecting the juice to avoid frying the vegetables with too much water. When the stir-frying time is close to 60 seconds, add the green pepper into the pan and continue stir-frying over high heat until the sauce is reduced. After putting the green peppers in, stir-fry over high heat for 20 seconds and then remove from the pan, otherwise the green peppers will be overcooked and the color will be bad. Serve on a plate.
