How to make Acanthopanax senticosus with black bean sauce

1.1 Remove the old stems from Acanthopanax senticosus and clean them. Wash two or three cilantro, two cloves of garlic, and fry sesame seeds until fragrant and set aside.

2.2 Boil hot water in a pot, put the vegetables in to blanch, then rinse with water. . Note that the stem part of Acanthopanax is slightly hard, so put it first and then the leaves.

3.3 While blanching the vegetables in the pot, wait for the time. Chop the garlic, put it in a small bowl, add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and MSG to make a bowl of sauce. Then chop the fermented black beans into small pieces and cut the coriander into sections.

4.4 Turn on the fire, scoop a few spoons of chili oil from the cold pot, and fry the fermented black beans and dried red peppers over low heat until fragrant. Pour the fried black bean red oil into the bowl of sauce.

5.5 The next step is to use chopsticks to place the Acanthopanax on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped coriander, and mix the seasoning bowl juice evenly into the dish. Finish
