A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of making milky grouper and loofah soup.

1.12 Fresh grouper head and tail for soup

2.21 Put oil in the pan, fry the ginger slices, add the fish head and tail and fry both sides until fragrant

3. Add appropriate amount of boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes

4. Remove the hard skin of the loofah and cut it into dices

5. Add the loofah to the fish soup and cook for another two or three minutes

6. Add milk and boil again
