1. Brown sugar, ginger and jujube soup for cold and cough

It can dispel wind and cold. It can treat colds and coughs, stomach cold and stabbing pain, postpartum cold diarrhea, aversion to yin, etc.

1 large white radish, 30g honey, 5 white peppercorns, 2g ephedra. Wash the radish, slice it, put it in a bowl, pour in honey, white peppercorns, ephedra, etc., steam for half an hour, and drink it while it is hot. Lie in bed and sweat, and you will recover. It can induce sweating, dispel cold, relieve cough and reduce phlegm. It can treat wind-cold cough.

4. Sheep honey paste treats consumptive cough and pulmonary tuberculosis

250g cooked sheep fat, 250g cooked sheep marrow, 250g white sand honey, 100ml ginger juice, 500ml raw Rehmannia juice. Fry the sheep fat and bring it to a boil; then add the sheep marrow and bring it to a boil again; then add the honey, Rehmannia, and ginger juice, stirring constantly, and simmer for several times on a low fire until it becomes a paste. Take 1 spoonful of warm wine on an empty stomach every day, or make ginger soup or porridge. It nourishes the lungs, removes wind and detoxifies. It can treat fever due to yin deficiency, bone steaming and fatigue fever, weakness due to deficiency, cough and lung atrophy, and also has the effect of moistening the lungs and skin.
