1.1 Pour clean water into the pot, add the ribs after boiling, blanch until the ribs completely change color and remove

4. Add star anise, bay leaves, green onions and ginger, stir-fry for a while, add rice wine and soy sauce, pour hot water into the pot, add the soaked mushrooms, simmer on low heat for at least 45 minutes, open the lid, add salt and stir well, turn to high heat to reduce the soup, and serve when the soup becomes thick
