How to cook fried squid with chives

Nowadays, many people work and live alone outside. They want to learn how to cook, but they just can’t do it well. In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to make fried leeks with squid flowers.

1.1 Cut the chives into sections, cut the ginger into strips, and cut the red pepper into strips for later use

2.2 Use scissors to cut the squid in the middle, remove the internal organs, eyes and small circles on the squid tentacles, then clean them. Wash the chives, peppers and ginger and set aside.

3.1 Cut small strips in the opposite direction. Cut every two cuts and cut at the third cut. Cut all the strips in sequence as shown in the figure.

4.2 Lay the squid flat on the chopping board and cut it in half from the middle. Then peel the skin. Cut the squid tentacles into sections and set them aside. Then cut the squid flowers. Slant the blade and cut into small strips. Do not cut them off.

5.1 After the water in the pot boils, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine and then blanch the squid. When the squid curls up, you can take it out and drain the water.

8.2 Heat the oil in the pan and add the shredded ginger.

9. Add 1 spoon of hot sauce and stir fry evenly

10. Then add leeks and red peppers and stir fry evenly

11. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir fry evenly

12. Add 1 spoon of oyster sauce and stir fry evenly before turning off the heat

13.The delicious squid is ready! ! Serve and enjoy!
