How to cook steak at home

1. Take out the frozen Haoyijia Australian fillet steak and thaw it until soft. Then wash the tomatoes, cucumbers and cauliflower separately, slice the onions, cut the cauliflower into sections, and slice the tomatoes if they are large.

2.1 Heat the pan to about 150-155 degrees, pour in a little butter or salad oil, gently put the thawed Haoyijia fillet steak into the pan, adjust the heat to medium and fry each side for 2-3 minutes, until the cross section of the meat is light pink and there is no blood.

3.2 Boil water in a pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt, put the pasta into the pot and cook until done, remove from the pot and mix with a little olive oil for later use.

4. Move the steak aside, beat in the eggs, and fry until the bottom is golden brown (turn the steak over when frying the eggs so that they are evenly coated with the sauce, and mix the sauce well). After turning the eggs over, turn off the heat and use the residual heat to bake the eggs. If you like your eggs to be a little softer, you don't have to turn them over.

5. Place the steak and fried eggs on a plate, surround them with cauliflower or lettuce, tomatoes and onion slices, place the cooked pasta on top and squeeze on the tomato sauce.
