How to make vegetarian cabbage pie

1. Pour more than half of the boiling water into the flour and stir evenly in a clockwise direction with chopsticks. Pour in half less cold water and continue stirring clockwise until it becomes snow-like.

2. Knead into a smooth dough, cover the pot and let it rest for 30 minutes, taking out the dough and kneading it once in the middle.

3. Pick and wash the leeks, drain and set aside.

4. Soak the fungus, blanch it in boiling water, then rinse it with cold water, drain and set aside.

5. Wash the cabbage, chop it, add 2g of salt and marinate for a few minutes.

6. Dice the leek and fungus, squeeze out excess water from the cabbage, and put them in a bowl.

7. Add seasoning, stir well and set aside.

8. Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the chopping board, take out the dough and knead it until the surface of the dough is smooth.

9. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a long strip.

10. Use a knife to cut into even-sized pieces.

11. Flatten the dough and roll it into a stuffed pancake skin that is thick in the middle and thin at the edges.

12. Take a stuffed pie crust and put in an appropriate amount of stuffing.

14. A stuffed pie dough is ready. Make all the dough pieces one by one.

15. Brush oil on the bottom plate and lid of the electric pancake stall, cover the lid, and preheat the pancake stall.

16. After hearing the "beeping" sound, open the lid of the electric pancake maker, put in the pancake dough, and brush oil on the pancake dough.

17. Turn the dough over after baking for one minute.

18. Close the lid of the electric pancake maker and press the "Pancake" button.

19. After baking for two minutes, open the lid, turn the pancake over, sprinkle some water, cover the lid of the electric pancake machine, and continue baking.

20. When you hear a "drip" sound, it means the pancake is cooked. Open the lid of the electric pancake stall.

21. Put the baked pancakes in a bowl, cover the pot (to prevent the pancakes from becoming dry and hard), and then bake the next pot. Fry all the stuffed pancakes one by one.
