1.1 Wash and remove the head and tail. No need to peel and cut into radish strips. Put it outside in the sun for two days, then bring it back in at night and cover it to prevent dirt from getting inside.

2.2 Prepare two large white radishes

4. When the radish is 80% dry, put it in a large bowl, add two spoons of homemade garlic chili sauce, and drizzle a little cooked oil on it.

5. After stirring evenly with chopsticks, put it in a plastic bag, put it into a bottle, cover it with a lid and store it. You can eat it in two days.

6. When eating, use clean chopsticks to pick up the food and place it on a small plate. Take as much as you want.
