2. Cut the green pepper and potatoes into cubes, cut the king oyster mushrooms in half horizontally, and then cut into strips.

3. Coat the king oyster mushrooms with a little egg white, add a little salt and mix well. Marinate for 25 minutes to make them taste good.

4. Add appropriate amount of sweet potato starch to the marinated fish fillets and mix well.

8. When the oil in the pot is 70% cooked, turn on medium heat and put the crucian carp slices into the pot one by one. After frying until golden brown, remove from the heat and fry the fish fillets again.

9. Take out the fried fish fillets, drain the oil, place on a plate, and sprinkle with pepper and salt evenly.

10. Put the king oyster mushroom strips into the pan and fry until cooked.

11. Take out the fried king oyster mushrooms, drain the oil, place them on the fish fillets, and sprinkle with pepper and salt evenly.

12. Put the potato slices into the pan and fry them until cooked, then take them out. Add the green peppers and fry them before taking them out.

13. Place potatoes and green peppers on the fish fillets and sprinkle with pepper and salt evenly. Friends who like cilantro can also put some cilantro on it. Finish! Let’s eat!
