How to cook chopped pepper, cauliflower and vermicelli

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays, people eat for health, so here I would like to introduce to you a healthy and delicious chopped pepper cauliflower vermicelli stew.

1. Prepare all the raw materials.

2. Wash the pork belly and cut into slices.

3. Boil the vermicelli in boiling water until soft, remove from the water and cool in cold water.

4. Break the cauliflower into small florets and wash them.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into a wok and heat it up, then add the pork belly slices and stir-fry.

6. Add 1 large star anise and stir-fry until the aroma comes out, and stir-fry until the pork belly releases oil.

7. Add chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Pour in chopped pepper and stir fry evenly.

9. Add cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

10. Pour the cauliflower into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

11. Add appropriate amount of water, about 2/3 small bowl.

12. Add salt.

13. Add sugar and stir well, cover the pot and simmer over low heat until the cauliflower is soft (you can move the cauliflower into a casserole for this step, but if you find it troublesome, you can just use a wok to do it).

14. When the cauliflower is soft, pour in the vermicelli and stir well.

15. Add chicken essence to season.

16. Add appropriate amount of garlic slices and chopped green onions to enhance the flavor before serving.
