3. Put the crabs in the steamer and steam them for 15 to 20 minutes until the crab shell turns bright red and the crab meat is cooked. Then take them out. Serve with oil to taste and vinegar.

1. Dip the crab meat and crab roe in a dish of aged vinegar and shredded ginger;
