1. Ingredients: glutinous rice, red dates, red bean paste, lard

2. Wash the red dates, remove the core and chop them, then soak them with glutinous rice for a few hours

3. Drain the soaked glutinous rice and red dates

4. Put wax paper on the steamer, put glutinous rice in it, and steam it in hot water for about 15 minutes.

5. Steamed glutinous rice
