Fish head temptation method

There are actually many things to pay attention to when it comes to making a good dish. Of course, cooking is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Everything is difficult at the beginning. First prepare the ingredients and seasonings, and then start making fish head temptation.

1. Clean the fish head and dry it for later use

2.1 Spread the fish head evenly with appropriate amount of salt, flatten a few slices of ginger and scallions and spread them on the fish and marinate for 5 minutes

3.2 Slice ginger, slice garlic, and chop millet pickled pepper (pour the juice into a bowl for later use)

4.1 Evenly spread the pickled pepper and add a small spoonful of Lao Gan Ma spicy black bean sauce

5.2 Pour a tablespoon of cooking wine on the fish

6. Pour the pickled pepper water evenly on the fish, sprinkle some chicken essence, and cover with the remaining garlic slices, ginger slices and scallions.

7. Bring the water in the pot to a boil over high heat, put the fish head in, cover the pot and steam (keep steaming over high heat, depending on the size of the fish head, generally 10-12 minutes for half a fish head, and about 15 minutes for a whole fish head)

8. After steaming, take out the scallion and ginger slices, and pour in 1 bowl of fresh betel nut sauce

9. Add a layer of chopped green onions and finally pour boiling hot oil on it.
