How to treat stomach problems and what are the dietary treatment methods?

Stomach problems bother many people, so we must pay attention to the correct conditioning and coping methods. Dietary therapy is actually more appropriate. Osmanthus heart porridge, orange peel porridge, and fennel porridge have a good conditioning and relieving effect on people with stomach problems.

1. Osmanthus Heart Porridge

50 grams of polished japonica rice, 2 grams of osmanthus heart, and 2 grams of poria cocos. Wash the japonica rice. Put osmanthus heart and poria cocos into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 20 minutes over low heat, filter the residue and keep the juice. Put the japonica rice and soup into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the rice is rotten and becomes porridge. Take once a day, before breakfast and dinner.

2. Fresh lotus root porridge

Appropriate amount of fresh lotus root, 100 grams of polished rice, and a little brown sugar. Wash the fresh lotus root, cut into thin slices, and rinse the glutinous rice. Put polished round-grained rice, lotus root slices and brown sugar into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer until the rice is soft and becomes porridge. Take twice a day, breakfast and dinner.

3. Orange peel porridge

25 grams of fresh orange peel and 50 grams of polished rice. First wash the fresh orange peel, cut it into pieces, and cook it together with the glutinous rice. Eat it after the glutinous rice is cooked. Take once a day, for breakfast.

4. Fennel porridge

Stir-fry 30 grams of fennel and 200 grams of japonica rice. Put fennel into a gauze bag, tie the mouth, put it into a pot, add water and boil for half an hour or 40 minutes, discard the bag, then add washed glutinous rice and appropriate amount of water and cook until cooked. Add salt and MSG to taste. Take in the morning and evening. Strengthens the spleen and appetite, promotes qi circulation and relieves pain. It is suitable for cold pain in the abdomen, chronic gastritis, poor appetite, etc.
