1. Claypot Pork Loin Rice

1. Ingredients: half a pork loin, 200 grams of fragrant rice, 4 chopped Chinese cabbage, 5 grams of shredded ginger, 5 grams of chopped green onion

2. Production process:

(1) Cut the pork loin into pieces and marinate with shredded ginger and seasonings; wash and soak the fragrant rice for 30-45 minutes; wash the choy sum and cut off the head and tail.

(2) Place the pot in the stove, add the rice using a rice measuring spoon, add a spoonful of hot water (or cold water) using a water measuring spoon, and add a little peanut oil. Press the run switch (red light on).

(3) When the yellow light stops flashing, open the lid, put the pork loin in, and then close the lid.

(4) When the green light turns on, take the pot out of the pot, place the blanched choy sum around the edges, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and pour the seasoning sauce over it.

3. Notes:

Seasoning: 1 teaspoon sesame oil, salt to taste

Sauce: Premium soy sauce (you can also add sautéed shallots, garlic, chili rings, oyster sauce and other seasonings, heat and mix well)

2. Claypot Rice with Fresh Shrimp and Egg

1. Ingredients: 50g fresh shrimp, 1 egg, 4 choy sum, 200g fragrant rice, 5g ginger, 5g chopped green onion

2. Production process:

(1) Wash and remove the whiskers of the fresh shrimps, marinate with ginger, rice and seasonings; beat the eggs into a bowl; wash and soak the fragrant rice for 30-45 minutes.

(2) Place the pot in the stove, add the rice using a rice measuring spoon, add a spoonful of hot water (or cold water) using a water measuring spoon, and add a little peanut oil. Press the run switch (red light on).

(3) When the yellow light stops flashing, open the lid, put in the fresh shrimp, and then close the lid.

(4) When the green light flashes, add the eggs. When the green light stays on, take the pot out of the pot, place the blanched cabbage hearts around the edges, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and pour the seasoning sauce on top.

3. Notes:
