How to make braised noodles with bacon and beans

1. Cut beans into sections, king oyster mushrooms into strips, tomatoes into cubes, bacon into shreds, and mince ginger and garlic; mix dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili oil, rock sugar, and salt into a sauce for later use; cook the noodles and rinse them with cold water for later use;

2. Heat the pan with cold oil, sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant;

3. After the ginger and garlic are fried, add the tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes are juicy;

4. Add the bacon and stir-fry until it turns white and cooked;

5. Add beans and king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked; when beans are cooked, add the seasoning sauce and bring to a boil (you can add an appropriate amount of boiling water or broth), then add a small amount of chicken stock;

6. Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry over medium heat with a spatula and chopsticks until the color is even, then simmer until the soup becomes thick and serve (remember to stir the noodles in the middle of the simmering process to prevent the pot from getting stuck).
