How to make mooncakes

11. Roll up, roll up all the remaining rolls like this, and let it rest for 15 minutes

14. Roll all the rolls twice and make them into small doughs.

15. Roll the dough into a round shape and put the filling inside (I made the filling with peanuts and sweet sausage. The peanuts are the crispy ones, and the sweet sausage is cut into small cubes. Add sesame oil and cooked flour and mix them). If you like other flavors, you can make other fillings.

16. Wrap it up, pinch the opening, shape it, place it on a plate, and preheat the oven

17. I used some food coloring and used a mineral water bottle cap to print a stamp on it to embellish it. If you don’t like it, you can leave it out.

18. 80 degrees for 35 minutes. The temperature of each oven is different, so adjust it yourself.

19. It may not look good when it comes out of the oven, but the skin is very crispy
