How to make Beijing-style mutton and sauerkraut noodles

Do you salivate every time you see a food show on TV? But when I wanted to follow along, I found that the show had already ended. Don’t be discouraged. Today I will teach you the specific steps for making Beijing-style lamb and sauerkraut noodles.

1. Chop the green onion into flowers, cut the ginger into shreds, cut the sauerkraut into thin shreds, and wash the vermicelli and set aside.

2.1 Put pepper, aniseed and oil in a pot

3.2 Wash the sauerkraut and drain the water

4.1 Add minced mutton and stir fry

5.2 Add onion and ginger when the pepper changes color

6. When the minced mutton changes color, add the sauerkraut and stir-fry, then pour in cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and hot water.

7. Add vermicelli and stir-fry until the vermicelli is cooked and the soup becomes less, then pour in sesame oil

8. Remove from the pan and serve

For some people, making Beijing-style lamb and sauerkraut noodles may be simple, but only if you put your heart into it can you really do it well.
