9. Add a little salt, because the bean paste itself is salty enough and the shredded pork is also salty, so just a little bit of salt will do, then stir for about half a minute.

10. Before serving, put the chopped coriander into the pot, stir-fry for a while and then turn off the heat and serve. If you like to add chicken essence, just add some before serving.
