How to stir-fry loofah

For those who have just entered the marriage hall, do you feel a little anxious? Since my parents prepared everything for me when I was young, now I have to do everything by myself. Do you feel uncomfortable? Especially cooking. Don’t worry, now let me introduce you to the method of stir-fried loofah.

1. Scrape the skin of the loofah and cut the washed carrots into dice, beat the eggs evenly, chop appropriate amount of green onions, and prepare appropriate amount of dried shrimps.

2.1 After serving the eggs, leave a proper amount of oil in the pan, add the chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chopped carrots.

3.2 Heat oil in a pan, put the beaten eggs into the pan, spread them until cooked and serve.

4.1 Then add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, chicken essence, light soy sauce, and finally add dried shrimps (the saltiness of dried shrimps can replace salt).

5.2 After stir-frying the carrots for one minute, add the chopped loofah and stir-fry evenly.

6. After stir-frying evenly, add the fried eggs and a little sesame oil.

7. Stir-fry evenly and serve.
