How to eat tomato sauce

1. Shredded potatoes with tomato sauce:

Grind the potatoes into thin strips, wash them in water, squeeze out the water, heat the oil in a pot, put the potatoes in when it is 70% hot, and when all the potatoes float up, remove them and drain the oil, put some water in the pot, pour in some tomato sauce, add some sugar, and finally pour the tomato sauce on the potatoes.

2. Shrimp in tomato sauce:

Wash the prawns, cut off the whiskers and put them in a plate. Heat the wok, add the oil, add the chopped green onion and ginger, stir-fry until the prawns are cooked through; add the tomato sauce, broth, and seasonings, simmer over medium heat until the flavors are absorbed, and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.

3. Spareribs with tomato sauce:

Wash the tomatoes and cut them for later use; peel and slice the garlic, wash the ginger and cut it into shreds, add water to a pot and bring it to a boil, blanch the tomatoes in the boiling water and take them out, put the ribs and ginger into the boiling water, blanch them and take them out, rinse off the foam, drain the water, peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces; put the ribs in a large bowl, add cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, and a little pepper, and marinate for 10 minutes. Put a little oil in the pot, add rock sugar, stir-fry until the rock sugar melts, add pork ribs, stir-fry evenly, add tomatoes, shredded ginger, and garlic slices, stir-fry for 2 minutes, add water to cover the ingredients, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, bring to a boil and then turn to low heat, simmer until the soup is thick, add salt to taste, add 2 more spoons of tomato sauce, a little sesame seeds, stir-fry evenly, then turn to high heat to reduce the sauce.

4. Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin:

Rinse the pork tenderloin, cut it into long strips, put it in a bowl, mix it with eggs, pepper, salt, egg white and ginger slices and marinate for 10 minutes. Evenly coat the marinated tenderloin with a layer of dry starch. Pour cooking oil into a wok and heat it to 50% hot. Put the tenderloin in and fry until it turns light yellow. Leave some oil in the wok, add tomato sauce, water, sugar, white vinegar, thicken with wet starch and cook until the sauce becomes thick. Pour the sauce over the fried tenderloin in the dish.

5. Tofu with tomato sauce:

Cut the Japanese tofu into small pieces. Coat the tofu with flour. Fry in oil until the crust becomes hard and golden. Remove from oil and set aside. Pour some oil into the pan, add tomato sauce when the oil is hot, stir-fry then pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Add sugar and Japanese tofu. When the soup becomes less, add starch and serve.
