5. Sprinkle some salt on the cooked ingredients and mix well. Wait for the ingredients to cool down. Please refer to Figure D. At this time, use the fragrant dregs and rice wine to make the dregs mud.

6. The most common one on the market is the fragrant dregs from Shanghai Lao Datong, which has a very strong dregs flavor. I ignored the instructions on the packaging bag and mixed 2 tablespoons of fragrant dregs and 6 tablespoons of rice wine into a paste.
