How to make braised pork with potatoes and carrots

9. Cover the pot and turn to low heat, keeping the water surface slightly open, and simmer for about half an hour. Pay attention during the cooking to ensure that the water does not dry up. When the meat is cooked soft, add potatoes and carrots, add salt to taste, turn to high heat after 10 minutes, and cook until the broth thickens and becomes sticky.

10. Before serving, put the garlic sprouts into the pot, stir-fry evenly and serve.
