3. Cut the rennet tofu into slices about 0.5-0.8 thick, and then cut a knife in the middle.

10. Pour the cooked sauce into the tofu plate, put it into the steamer, steam it for 8 minutes on high heat, turn off the heat, take it out and sprinkle with green onions.
