How to cook ham fish

1. Prepare the ingredients.

6. Arrange the ham, boil water in a pot, and steam it in a steamer. (Turn off the heat when the fish eyes are protruding, do not open the lid immediately, use the residual heat to steam for 2-3 minutes)

7. Prepare the seasoning while steaming the fish. (2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a little balsamic vinegar, salt, and sugar)

8. Drain the water from the steamed fish, pour in the sauce and finally pour the heated oil on top.

9. Garnish with garlic leaves.
