Homemade stir-fried zucchini

Homemade stir-fried zucchini

Ingredients: one zucchini, minced garlic. Method: 1. Method 3: Ingredients: 2 zucchinis, 2-3 green peppers, some peppercorns, soy sauce, salt 1. Put the peppercorns in a bowl 2. Bring the oil to a boil and pour it into the bowl with the peppercorns 3. Cut the zucchini and green peppers and set aside 4. Heat the oil and pour the zucchini into the pot and stir-fry until translucent, then pour in soy sauce 5. Add the green peppers and stir-fry, add salt 6. Pour in the fried pepper oil, turn off the heat, stir-fry, and serve

Zucchini is rich in protein, minerals, vitamins and other substances. It is fat-free and also contains substances such as citrulline, adenine, aspartic acid, and has a very low sodium content. Zucchini also contains more vitamin C, glucose and other nutrients, especially calcium. The nutritional content of every 100g edible part (fresh weight) of different varieties is as follows: protein 0.6-0.9g, fat 0.1-0.2g, cellulose 0.8-0.9g, carbohydrates 2.5-3.3g, carotene 20-40 micrograms, vitamin C 2.5-9 mg, calcium 22-29 mg.
