1.1Cut the green onion into sections and the ginger into slices.

2.2 Wash the beef front leg.

5.1 Add onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaves.

8. Take out the beef and put it in the refrigerator to cool thoroughly.

9. Slice the cooled beef.

10. Wash the coriander and cut it into sections. Peel the garlic and chop it into small pieces.

11. Mix Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce, sesame oil, black bean and chili sauce to make the sauce.

12. Add the sauce, coriander and chopped garlic into the beef slices and mix well.
