New way to eat drunken shrimp

When we turn on the TV and see food programs, I think everyone can’t resist the temptation. 1.1 Add all seasonings to 200 grams of water: scallion, ginger, red dates, wolfberry, monk fruit (the original recipe uses licorice), and American ginseng root.

2.2 Wash the live shrimp, remove the intestines, and cut off the shrimp whiskers (but I didn’t cut them)

3. Use water to blanch the shrimp until 90% cooked, remove and set aside

4.Put the seasoning mixed with water in a pot, add all the ingredients, boil, and let cool

5. Put all the processed ingredients in a basin and soak them together, and put them in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours (I put them in overnight)

6. The whole house is filled with the aroma of wine while cooking. The fresh, sweet and refreshing drunken shrimps are delicious and safe!
