If you don't have a thermometer, use my method: Be careful not to let the water surface be too active and produce too many bubbles. It is normal to have some bubbles at the bottom. When bubbles appear on the surface of the water, turn off the heat quickly and use the residual heat to melt the chocolate. Wait until the bubbles disappear before resuming the fire. It is best to stir frequently with a whisk while cooking.

6. Remove the chocolate sauce, pour out the water, pour in a bag of milk, and boil the milk in a pot.

7. Pour half of the chocolate sauce into the cup.

8. Pour all the hot milk into the cup and stir well.

9. Add appropriate amount of cocoa powder to make the color darker. It's finished. This is one portion, use the same method to make another portion. The milk must be hot, otherwise the chocolate and cocoa powder will not melt perfectly.
