Seasoning: 5 grams of salt, 2 grams of sugar, 5 grams of fish sauce, 3 grams of sesame oil. Production steps: 1. Knead the self-raising flour into dough with warm and cold water and let it rise for later use. 2. Fry the Sichuan peppercorns in a dry pan until cooked, then mash them into Sichuan pepper powder and set aside. 3. Chop the fresh meat and shrimp into stuffing and set aside. 4. Chop the cooked meat, add pepper oil, MSG, oyster sauce, salt, sesame oil, etc. and mix well. 3. Then let the dough rise. 4. Make into small pieces and roll into skins. 5. Wrap the buns, steam them for 12 minutes after the water boils, turn off the heat, and steam them for 5 minutes.
