Brush a layer of egg yolk liquid on the top of the steamed buns, then sprinkle with sesame seeds, then put them into the Shang Peng Tang oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Finally, take them out and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Main ingredients: 200g flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 5g fine sugar, 3g dry yeast, 100g water. Auxiliary ingredients: 150g celery meat filling, some oil

3. When the dough has doubled in size, take it out, deflate it, divide it into 9 equal parts, roll it into balls, and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Roll it into a round shape, turn it over, and wrap it with stuffing.

4. Pinch the folds, place on the baking tray, and let it ferment for 15-20 minutes. Brush the surface with oil, put it in the oven, middle layer, upper and lower fire, 190 degrees, bake for 15 minutes. The color seems to have not been baked yet, so I moved it to the upper layer and baked it for another 5 minutes. It’s done, the color is golden yellow, it’s out of the oven.

Cooking tips: Baking time and temperature need to be adjusted according to actual conditions. In order to get a nice color at the end, I moved the baking tray to the upper layer in the last 5 minutes so that it could color quickly.
