How to make yogurt in the oven

With the continuous improvement of life today, people's requirements for diet are getting higher and higher. If they want to eat safe and nutritious food, of course it is best to cook it at home. Today I will introduce the method of making yogurt in the oven to friends who like to cook.

1. Prepare the materials. Choose whole milk, as the higher the fat content of milk, the easier it is to ferment.

2.12 Boil the small bottle used for making yogurt in boiling water.

3.21 Use the bottle clamp in step 1 to take it out, turn the boiling water bottle upside down, and let the water in the bottle drip out. At the same time, boil the sub-packaging bottles used in step 4.

4.12 Put 900ml of milk and sugar into a milk pan and heat to about 50 degrees, then stir evenly. After turning off the heat, pour in 100ml of whipping cream and stir evenly. When the temperature is about 45 degrees, pour in the bacterial powder and stir evenly. Pour into dispenser bottles.

5.21 Pour milk into each bottle, filling it 70% first, and then fill it up with the remaining milk. I made a 2L volume here, so it’s a little more.

6. Place the portioned yogurt in the middle layer of the oven for fermentation. Set the oven to the fermentation mode and turn the temperature knob to 30 degrees. The general fermentation temperature is between 45-50 degrees, and the fermentation time is 4-5 hours. During fermentation, only the lower tube of the oven is working. To avoid overheating, try to place the baking tray in the middle layer. If placed on the lower layer, add appropriate amount of warm water to balance the water temperature.

7. The fermented yogurt is placed in the refrigerator for post-fermentation. This step cannot be omitted. Refrigerated fermentation can make the yogurt more aromatic.

8. The finished yogurt is in this solidified state.

9. Stir lightly with a spoon and it will become liquid.

10. Thick liquid yogurt can be drawn into threads.

11. It tastes delicious when served with corn chips.

12. You can also add bananas and use the blending function to make a banana milkshake, which is the best way to lose weight.

13. Add strawberries to make a strawberry milkshake.

14. You can also eat it with strawberry jam or your favorite fruits. The cantaloupes I bought recently are sweeter and more delicious.

The temptation of delicious food can only be understood by making it yourself to realize its true value. As for everyone, after understanding how to make yogurt in the oven, you should really try to make it yourself.
