12. Pinch both ends of the aluminum foil into a boat shape, leaving two-thirds of the top unsealed to allow heat to dissipate.

13. Set the oven temperature to 220 degrees, preheat for 5 minutes, then place the baking tray on the middle rack in the oven, and bake at 220 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

14. Then take out the plate, garnish lightly and serve.
