How to cook vegetarian bamboo shoots

5. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, preferably warm water

6. Add an appropriate amount of white pepper powder, about one teaspoon, then cover the pot and simmer on low heat. After about 20 minutes, when you see the soup gradually becomes less, turn up the heat to collect the juice, then add an appropriate amount of MSG

7. Turn off the heat and serve. The color of the vegetable is golden yellow
