Spicy duck recipe

5. Put more oil in the pot than usual, heat it to 60% to 70% hot, then add three tablespoons of sugar

6. Stir-fry until the sugar starts to bubble, add the duck pieces, 4 peppercorns, tsaoko, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, garlic slices, ginger slices, cooking wine, dried red pepper, hawthorn slices

7. Stir-fry until the duck pieces have a nice aroma. Since duck is difficult to cook, you can stir-fry it for a while longer.

8. Add water until the duck is submerged, cook over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, add potatoes, garlic, add a little salt, and stir-fry until evenly combined.

9. When the potatoes are cooked to your preferred softness, add the chopped green onions, season with salt and chicken essence, cook for a while, and then you can serve.

10. The color, aroma and taste are mellow, the spiciness is moderate, it is really fragrant, and it is very satisfying.
