5. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 5 minutes before shaping.

7. Take a piece of dough, roll it into a rectangle, and then brush it with salad oil.

8. Pour in the meat floss and press it lightly with your hands to make it adhere to the dough.

9. Fold the dough inward to form a flat plate. Fold it into two or three layers and press it with your hands.

10. Cut a piece of dough in the middle, then line up two strips to divide into equal portions.

11. Stack the two small portions of dough together, press the middle of the dough down with chopsticks, and let the dough relax for about five minutes.

12. Fold the dough in half, stretch it, insert a chopstick into the middle and roll it up.

13. Leave the prepared steamed buns at room temperature for 20 minutes, then steam them in cold water for about 13 minutes. (In winter, put water in the steamer and boil it to 50 degrees so that the noodles can rise)
